Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the website https://creativevisionaryhub.com/ (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”), operated by Renata Szwedek.

Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
Returns and Complaints for Digital Services
In accordance with applicable law, a consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of its conclusion. However, for digital services that are delivered immediately after purchase (e.g., access to online content, courses, or digital materials), the right of withdrawal expires if the user:
- has given explicit consent to begin the service before the 14-day withdrawal period ends, and
- has been informed about the loss of the right to withdraw from the contract.
In case of technical issues or errors on the part of the Service, the user may submit a complaint via email to: renata.szwedek@gmail.com. Complaints will be reviewed within 14 business days.
Content Usage License
The user is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content provided through the Service for personal use only. Copying, distributing, modifying, publishing, or reselling any materials without prior written consent from Renata Szwedek is strictly prohibited.
All content, including text, graphics, audio, and video recordings, remains the intellectual property of Renata Szwedek or her licensors and is protected by copyright laws.
